This product arrived very quickly. I got the 72" and it's a monster. Only con would be it took 4 men to install this, the glass alone is so heavy its insane. My main post had minor scrape on it but to my sunrise the included touch up paint made it look perfect again. I liked that I didn't have to install the logo if I don't want to or pick the location. 10/10 would buy again

I purchased my MegaSlam XL after researching all the major top brands. The overall design, quality, ease of adjustment, sheer presentation, and warranty were all factors that swayed my decision. Following purchase, the decision was made to pour our concrete driveway before the mega hoop could make it. I immediately called customer service who overnighted me an additional anchor kit at my expense so we could proceed w the pour. The anchor kit arrived the next day, but as Mother Nature would have it, a torrential downpour delayed concrete for several days. As such, the entire system arrived 4 days later and we were able to use the anchor system that came with the kit. Customer service promptly sent me an RMA for the additional anchor kit that was no longer needed and applied the refund. Upon inspecting the kit on arrival, it was immediately apparent the attention to detail put into this product. The boxes were neatly organized and labeled. The directions were very specific. The hoop is extremely sturdy and well built. Although it is heavy and takes at least 3 strong guys to assemble, the trade off is a lifetime of quality and memories to be made. Overall, I’m extremely pleased w my decision and would rate this product and customer service a 10/10.

This thing is great! I debated on many other products but I’m happy I went with Megaslam. The hot dipped galvanized and powder coated steel should stand up to our Pennsylvania weather. This hoop is for kids now due to the 5’ height, but I wanted something that could grow with our family. Large adults have dunked and hung on it and there is very little wobble. It is very stable. Not sure if every hoop designed like this is the same, but it takes a lot of cranks to adjust from 5 to 10 feet. The old style broomstick adjustment was much faster.
