I researched every store in my area and just didn't find what we were looking for. The prices were either much higher for a comparable hoop or much less but for a truly "cheap" product. I didn't want another water filled portable and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg either. Buying direct from the manufacturer is the way to go. I spoke to a rep, asked a few questions, placed my order, and it was delivered to my house 4 days later. The entire process was simple and we love the hoop.

We purchased this for our church, and are really impressed with he quality. This has received much more use than we estimated. If the involvement keeps up we will purchase a second. Everyone compliments the quality and compares it to playing on a hoop in a gym.

Is the product great? Yes. Is it the biggest, toughest hoop I've ever seen? Yes. Are the kids using it every day? Yes. But, the part that is most impressive to me is the customer service I received from your company. It is my nature to ask a lot of questions and you guys always took the time to answer each one.
