I am truly impressed by the megaslam-60 basketball hoop I purchased. The installation was really straightforward and everything about the product reflects quality. I spent a lot of time looking at multiple higher-end suppliers and ultimately nothing was comparable for the quality and price. I especially like the un-obstructed view of the back-board, the size of the pole and the hot dip galvanizing of the metal parts. I had seen other negative reviews of competitor's poles showing signs of rusting upon opening the packaging of the pole. There was absolutely no rust on any of the megaslam metal surfaces. Thanks megaslam for the wonderful product and experience so far.

A friend of mine told me about the MegaSlam hoop after doing much research. We had a chance to play on his system before purchasing ours. We are very happy we went with MegaSlam. The customer service was absolutely awesome. From the first question I had for them, which they answered immediately at night, to helping resolve an issue with the shipping company, they were extremely helpful and readily available. The installer they recommended was also excellent. Now if it would only stop raining so we could use it more! Thanks again!

Great system. I did a bunch of research before purchase. Small snafu with UPS, they tried to get out of delivering it because it would be difficult to get this stuff into my residential neighborhood on such a large truck. I reminded them they were contracted for a job and if they didn't want to do residential delivery they shouldn't have taken the money to do so. I told the UPS lady it looked like 3 fairly small pallets and none were all that heavy, a small truck with a lift gate should be able to easily get it to my house. They asked if I could come pick it up in a truck, and I again pushed back and said they were paid to bring it to my residential neighborhood and I'd like them to do so, even if it is an inconvenience. They ultimately agreed with my assessment of the situation, put it on a smaller truck with a lift gate. Took about 2 minutes to drop off the 3 pallets and it was easy as heck, I should have taken a video and sent it to the UPS lady.

Whole installation took about 6 manhours. About 4 hours of hole digging and concrete work, another 2 for the install. We did everything but the 72 inch backboard with 2 people, needed 4 people to lift the 72 inch backboard onto a truck. Then we backed the truck into position for the backboard attachment.

All in all a great purchase. If you are on the fence because you are worried about install or quality... this thing is badass and worth every penny.
