This is one solid hoop! It was purchased for our son's 7th birthday, and we wanted something that he could grown with. Therefore having a solid product with adjustability that can withstand the elements was important. It has a great stance and posture and can easily be used inside a gym. The ball deflects of the Backboard as you would expect in a pro style hoop. The Rim is very solid, however rebound off of misses were a little strong. We had upgraded to the 180* two way flex Rim. I think you can adjust the reflection on the rim though. As far as elevating and lower the backboard, SUPER EASY! I could literally use one finger. The product is very sturdy and hence VERY HEAVY (the manufacturer mentions this several times, take heed lol). Only complaint would be coordinating delivery. We live on a single road, that is not very busy, however there are limitations apparently for the carrier and were they are able to deliver (cannot impede traffic). We've had several large deliveries, from vehicles to cabinets with no problems, however, I can understand the Megaslam just wanted to ensure a complete delivery with no complications. Fortunately, I was able to make arrangements with a friend (have a plan and back up). Other wise we are happy with this product.

Prior to ordering, all my questions were clearly answered. Changing the delivery point was simple. All parts and hardware were shipped the first time and all items were in excellent condition. Construction and assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hoop is easily adjusted for height and is very solid.

This is a great hoop. Recommended by friends and it lives up to expectations. Super quiet and sturdy. I expect it to last for many years.
