The system arrived and was delivered directly to my front door. Upon opening the packaging all the components were there as pictured. I was very surprised on how well the system performed once we put it up. This system is very sturdy, you can’t match the quality. As far as installation goes. We called five different installers and they all wanted around $700 except for one that wanted $450 up front. So my wife and I as well as two kids under 12 ended up doing the work ourselves. We bought the recommended amount of concrete, dug the hole, and rented a duct jack and installed it ourselves. The most difficult part of the install was the backboard which is where the jack came into play. All of this including rental equipment cost us only $180. The system is easier to install than you’d think. Overall the system looks and works GREAT.

By far the best outdoor basketball system I have purchased and played on. Well worth the investment. Installation may look intimidating at first but it really does go smoothly. You will need help lifting and securing some of the heavier pieces but it really fit together nicely! My family loves the system and we look forward to playing on it for many years ahead.

The best purchase we have made. Experience was excellent even with the back order wait time. Called to get info on mounting kit. Was able to source items locally and dug hole before hoop arrived. Don’t think a couple of bags of concrete will hold this hoop. It is legit heavy duty and requires 25 plus bags to hold it up. Customer service was excellent. No buyers remorse here. All smiles from my family. Daughter plays college basketball, son is 16 years old and 6”6. Hoop gets a workout and is rock steady. It was an investment that we are very pleased with. Would do it again without hesitation. Great experience!
