The purchasing experience and the hoop itself are all top notch. The only challenge was digging the massive hole and mixing all the concrete - what a beat down. Those steps took 90% of the installation time. However, due to the great engineering, the assembly wasn't overly complicated. I would recommend watching the videos for tips, just so you know what to encounter. Once the goal was up, we noticed the pro quality action off the rim and glass and and the stability is second to none. It seems like we are playing at a gym.

I was looking around for some time for a well built system. Before I purchased I had emailed with some questions and they got back to me right away. The mega slam looked like a better system that would last for years. Once order me and my 12 year old son installed it. He loves it. His friends come over and play for hours. I definitely recommend it

Excellent product, excellent quality. Arrived with damaged box but all parts were accounted for and unscathed. Hardest part is digging the hole and waiting patiently for the concrete to dry. I used a tractor with a loader and only my 13 YO son, so installation was a breeze. The only part that would be difficult otherwise is getting the backboard in place. You would want three fairly strong people and maybe the bed of a pickup to install it. I weigh over 200 lbs and can jam and hang on the rim with no worries. This is a very well built unit that will last a lifetime.
