PRODUCT RETURNS
If you need to make a return, keep these steps in mind for a smooth process.

7 day return policy
If it's an unused and unopened product, you have seven (7) days to ship the item back for a refund. (All sales are final for replacement parts.)

Contact mega slam
Contact Mega Slam Hoops right away about the product you need to return and tell us a little about why you're returning it.

Get a return number
We will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will not be able to accept any returns unless you have this number.

Ship back to mega slam
Ship any unused products in original unopened boxes. Your refund will be processed after the merchandise arrives at Mega Slam Hoops.
