Customer service was absolutely outstanding in the transaction. I sent an inquiry email about 8pm one night and to my surprise got an email reply about 15 minutes later that created a conversation and closed the deal. For me to have someone answer my questions at that time was good enough to know their service was going to be top notch.

Other deciding factors were the simple straight across comparisons for the cost. Stainless steel hardware standard- makes sense to me. The size of the post, backboard, springs in the rim, ease of raising and lowering the system, and anchor system are all first class. The installer from the site for our area was meticulous about the install and there is actually about a ton of concrete in the base... it's not going anywhere. We are all very happy with the hoop and having a nicer system does get you out there more often just to use it. My son probably got in about 1000 more shots the first week it was up. An investment to enjoy for years to come!

The experience with Mega Slam has been very pleasurable and would recommend the 660 to anyone looking for a solid highend system that seems to be build to last for many years. I did quite a bit of research on various brands before purchasing the 660 hoop and I'm very happy with my decision. The order was smooth and the shipping was quick. When I received the hoop I was amazed at the build quality and overall heft. My neighbors are all very impressed with the quality and they remark on the stiffness of the backboard and rim. The kids on our street now come over and shoot hoops instead of shooting at their houses. They love how low it goes and constantly bring it down to 5 ft or so and practice slam dunking. Additionally, it looks so good on the driveway compared to some of the mobile hoops I see in other driveways. Well worth the money.
