We did a driveway makeover and wanted to add a basketball goal. The installer we hired recommended going with either the Mega Slam or the Pro Dunk, so I extensively researched both. I determined that there were quite a few things I liked much more about the Mega Slam vs the Pro Dunk (the clear backboard, less of an overhang, better materials, thick and well fitting padding around the pole, etc...and a slightly lower price tag to boot). The whole process was so easy. I put in the order, it shipped quickly, the shipping company called and set up an appointment for delivery and it was curbside delivered within a week. We are out in our driveway playing basketball every chance that we get and we absolutely love our Mega Slam! Thanks for a great product!

We recently had a backyard concrete slab poured and ordered the Megaslam 60. Hired an installer off the Megaslam website and they had it installed within an hour. Within 10 minutes of them completing the job there were 6 kids in the backyard playing. It's been 2 weeks and the kids are out there every day having fun. Really nice quality and easy for the kids to move up and down.

This is a high quality product that did not compromise. The welds are good. The assembly was smooth. After the base plate was poured in concrete, I'd say it took only an hour to assemble. I bought the XL model. I strongly recommend you have 4 men present to install the backboard as it is surprisingly heavy. If you have 4 guys for the backboard part, the assembly is a breeze. The finished system looks very pleasing to the eye. The unobstructed view through the glass backboard is really nice. The lift assist turns very easily. My three year old could turn it up and down. I measured the height of the rim off the playing surface at 6" intervals and the height indicator is right on the money at every height. Highly recommend this system.
